Tournament:	2024 ISSA Senior Softball World Series (www.seniorsoftball.org)
Date:	September 13-15 (Friday - Sunday) All teams will play Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Location:	Winged Deer Park, 4137 Bristol Hwy, Johnson City, TN 37601 and other regional parks as necessary.

Ticket Prices:	Admission to all venues is FREE.
Parking	No charge for parking, adequate parking is available at the parks.
Managers Meeting:	TBD
Team Check-in:	All players must have a government photo ID (drivers license) with them at the ball park at all times. All Managers should submit a copy of their ISSA Roster Wavier Form duly signed by all players to the ISSA Field Director before leaving the park on there first day of play.
Tournament Seeding:	The tournament staff will place the teams in brackets and prepare the preliminary schedule which will be posted on the website approximately three days prior to the tournament. The preliminary game record will be used to seed your team into the double elimination finals. The exact format will depend on the number of teams in each division.
First Game:	The Pool Play game schedule and double elimination brackets for each age classifications will be posted on the ISSA Website. An Awards Ceremony will immediately follow the final game.

Deadline:	Entry Deadline: August 2, 2024 for entry fee payment. Some ISSA tournaments close early when the available field capacity is reached. (No Exceptions)
Rosters Due:	The ISSA Online Roster should be submitted after the team is registered with ISSA for 2024 under the 2024 Team Rating. Teams will then be able to move there Roster to this event once Schedule is posted. And remember all teams must bring Waiver Form for players to sign at the Tournament. Players arriving late can sign with the ISSA Field Director prior to their first game provided their name was on the roster when submitted.
Divisions of Play:	Teams will be placed in age/skill level divisions using their ISSA Rating and verified by the tournament staff. Divisions could be combined if necessary. It is the tournament staff's desire to provide all teams with a competitive experience resulting in a quality tournament experience.
Fees:	The entry fee for all Men's Senior classifications is $575.00. Entry fee can be paid by credit card with the online entry form submittal or mail a check for receipt in the ISSA Office prior to August 2.
Berths:	Division winners receive a berth in the 2025 WTOC at Tampa, FL in February.
